PRICING

Pricing of meal prep is determined by food cost, labor, food tray sizes and optional delivery. Labor is $18/hr. Delivery is average $10 in the Memphis area. Pick up is free. Lunch size trays are $1 per tray. Larger sizes $3 per tray.

After all parties are in agreement on meal prep service, an invoice will be sent for payment. You can pick up or have food delivered!
